Dubai is a roller-coaster, also in terms of career. I used to be a Head of Marketing in the past - and that's where I would like to be again - Director or CMO level.

I'm not a limelight kind of person, but I'm there to support, get inspired, learn, grow. No matter who you are, from the building's security to a CEO/MD who needs some ideas on thought leadership, I'm there to help. I've volunteered with e7 - Daughters of the Emirates, a social impact project incubator for young women, as a mentor and comms chair, for my alumni network - as well as in a refugee camp in Berlin in 2016, teaching German to kids and young adults.

I work as a marcom professional for an boutique architecture and design consultancy. So, my day-to-day is pretty creative by itself. However, for me creativity is all about connecting the dots. The broader your knowledge and your network, the easier it is to "see" opportunities and act outside the box. So, my actual creative contribution is about bringing people together from all walks of life, and watch the magic happen.
