I’d describe my current career stage as the beginning of a large momentum. The base is there, the interest and talent is there, the ethic is there, it’s a matter of mentorship and bringing people into the fold. Of growing an awareness for mental and social health and spreading that in a way that’s unprecedented.

I’d love to learn from those who have achieved and continue to foster an environment of curiosity. It’s similar to what my offering to the community is, a curious mind, a new approach to wellness, one that doesn’t beat a dead horse.

My interests take form in bridging both wellness, curation and discernment in our surroundings. At my consultancy, we tackle a person’s entire being: who they are, what they consume, where they go, and who they surround themselves with. In my free time, I work with clients and friends alike to push them forward in their wellness journeys to not only hack their biology but create an entire lifestyle that aligns with their aspirations. Outside of this I’m obsessive about film and literature and spend my time writing my book of essays.
