I’m a constant learner, not a chef but and avid R&D in F&B. I’m not a huge fan of trends, more anchored in nostalgic flavors and inspired senses.

I love people, I love my friends and my community but I specially feel interested in connecting with like minded people- away from small talk, and getting to know different points of view. I feel learning about new perspectives allows me to “nourish” my creativity in recipe development.

My background is a mix of graphic design and food technology with a deep rooted passion for feeding people.
