I recently moved to Dubai from Toronto. My professional background was with the UN refugee agency, a cause very near and dear to my heart. Upon moving to Dubai, I joined the team at Art Dubai, and fell in love with the art world. I would love to delve deeper in the business and creative community in the region.

In addition to having recently moved to Dubai and wanting to connect with likeminded individuals, I used to be part of Yalla Let’s Talk in Toronto, and the afikra community. I think community is such a paramount aspect of a meaningful life and I’d love to invest in a community here in Dubai. My resourcefulness and networking has given me the opportunity to bring people together and build connections.

I love to write, usually I write bilingual poetry about love and homeland. I’m a big bookworm, and during my free time I love going to art galleries, museums, cafes and cultural events and talks.
